By accessing and using Jewelry SaaS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Subscription Plans

Jewelry SaaS offers the following subscription plans:

• Basic Plan: ₹699/month (₹5,999/year) - Essential features for small jewelry businesses
• Premium Plan: ₹999/month (₹9,999/year) - Advanced features including gold loans
• Advanced Plan: ₹1,399/month (₹13,999/year) - Complete solution with gold saving schemes

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time:

• Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period
• Downgrades: Take effect at the next billing cycle. No refunds for unused features
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period

We are committed to protecting your data and privacy:

• All data is encrypted using industry-standard security measures
• We implement regular security updates and monitoring
• Your data is stored on secure, reliable servers
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties
• Regular backups ensure your data is always safe

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

In no event shall Jewelry SaaS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
